El gobierno continúa transmitiendo por Internet los alegatos de la causa Díaz Bessone
El gobierno de la provincia continúa transmitiendo por Internet los alegatos de la causa Díaz Bessone (ex Feced), en el marco del juicio por delitos de lesa humanidad más grande de la ciudad de Rosario y su zona de influencia por la cantidad de casos que se juzgan. Los ciudadanos podrán acceder a la transmisión en directo a través del sitio oficial www.santafe.gob.ar/multimedia.
La próxima audiencia está prevista para mañana –de 9:30 a 17– cuando se continuarán desarrollando los alegatos de la defensa. En sucesivas jornadas será el turno de las réplicas y contrarréplicas, posteriormente las palabras finales y finalmente el dictado de la sentencia.
El Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos invita a la población a participar de este histórico juicio por delitos de lesa humanidad, que comenzó en julio de 2010 y se encuentra en su etapa final, “como contribución al proceso de Memoria, Verdad y Justicia, sin las cuales no se puede construir la democracia”, según expresó la cartera a través de un comunicado. En ese sentido, ya se han producido condenas en otras cinco causas que llevó adelante la justicia federal en territorio santafesino (Guerrieri – Amelong en Rosario y Brusa, Facino, González y Barcos, en Santa Fe).
Además de las transmisiones, que buscan garantizar el derecho de acceso a la información de la población, el gobierno provincial colabora con la justicia federal en varios aspectos, como el acompañamiento, asistencia y protección a testigos, querellantes y sus patrocinantes, que brinda a través de su programa provincial, o el aporte de pruebas a través del área de Investigación, Apoyatura y Seguimiento de causas de lesa humanidad de la Secretaría de Derechos Humanos.
LA CAUSA
En este proceso, iniciado en julio de 2010, son juzgados Ramón Díaz Bessone, José Lofiego, Mario Marcote, Ramón Vergara, José Scortechini y Ricardo Chomicky por los delitos de homicidio, privación de la libertad, torturas y asociación ilícita. Conocida como “megacausa Feced”, ahora denominada “Díaz Bessone”, investiga crímenes de lesa humanidad cometidos contra 91 personas en el centro clandestino de detención que funcionó en el Servicio de Informaciones (SI) de la ex Jefatura de Policía de Rosario, el más grande de la provincia, ya que se calcula que por él pasaron entre 1.800 y 2.000 personas.
En este marco, el gobierno de la provincia colabora con la transmisión de las audiencias autorizadas por el tribunal, en consonancia con lo que oportunamente se expresara en la Comisión de Apoyo a los Juicios de Lesa Humanidad que funciona en la órbita del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, según decreto N° 461 del exgobernador Hermes Binner.
“Se busca así hacer un aporte a la democracia y a la búsqueda de Memoria, Verdad y Justicia”, concluyeron desde el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos.-
