El Gobierno descartó un aumento en el impuesto a las ganancias para la clase media
Desde el Gobierno salieron a desmentir que se esté evaluando un aumento en el impuesto a las ganancias a trabajadores y categorías más bajas como también del impuesto a monotributistas, y aseguraron que la reforma tributaria que enviará el Ejecutivo al Congreso en los próximos días, contempla aumentos de impuestos a los sectores de mayor poder adquisitivo que será enviado en las próximas horas al Congreso.
”La reforma bajo análisis busca ampliar la base imponible de los impuestos progresivos y apuntará a que paguen más los que más tienen”, sostuvieron fuentes del gabinete económico a A24.com, al desestimar un incremento en la carga tributaria sobre los trabajadores en relación de dependencia alcanzados por el Impuesto a las Ganancias.
En la misma línea, la vicejefa de Gabinete, Cecilia Todesca señaló que “el tema de impuesto a las ganancias, es muy técnico” y pidió “mirar con mucho detenimiento porque -advirtió- con esos titulares podemos asustar a la gente y todavía no tenemos (cerrada) la propuesta del ministro de Economía, Martín Guzmán”.
Todesca advirtió que “la persona que está trabajando tratando de recuperar su pequeño comercio o su empresa, todavía no tiene el nivel de facturación de antes de la pandemia, no sabe cómo va a pagar el sueldo a los trabajadores, los trabajadores también están angustiados, leen esto y se preocupan”.
La reforma será en el marco de un paquete que va a tener estos objetivos”, dijo Todesca, aunque evitó anticipar las medidas que anunciaría la semana próxima el Gobierno para intentar reactivar la economía.
El proyecto que elabora Guzmán, contempla entre otros puntos:
“Lograr un sistema tributario que privilegie la producción, la equidad, la igualdad y que sea sostenible”,
“Impuesto a las grandes fortunas”
No está en análisis:
“Aumentar la presión impositiva sobre la clase media, los profesionales y las empresas que intentan invertir”.
“Aumento de las Ganancias de las empresas. Se haría de esta manera: eliminar incentivos que tienen para que las compañías reinviertan el dinero”.
Eliminar el incentivo a la reinversión (Ganancias aplicadas a la distribución de dividendos).
Elevar la escala del impuesto a las ganancias para la cuarta categoría.
Modificar el monotributo.
