Son gemelos, uno cometió un intento de abuso y la Justicia no sabe cuál

La Justicia de Chubut busca identificar al hombre que cometió un robo e intentó abusar sexualmente de una joven hace diez días, pero en la investigación se encontró con una situación insólita: dos sospechosos con el mismo ADN por ser gemelos idénticos.
El caso, confirmado por la Fiscalía de Puerto Madryn, desvela a los investigadores que aún no logran dilucidar quién fue el autor del ataque. El hecho ocurrió el pasado 7 de agosto. Una joven fue víctima de un robo e intento de abuso sexual cuando regresaba a su casa cerca de las 20 horas.
Según informó la Fiscalía, la joven caminaba por calle Malaspina y en la intersección con Simón del Alcazaba, frente a la escuela N°192, la interceptó un hombre que le robó un celular y luego intentó abusar sexualmente de ella.
Un conductor vio la situación y realizó señas de luces, por lo que el agresor huyó del lugar. “La víctima hizo un identikit, que se difundió por redes sociales, y se logró identificar al sospechoso. Un hombre de tez morena, de aproximadamente 30 años, delgado, de 1,80 metros de altura”, informó la Fiscalía.
La mujer identificó a su agresor en un recorrido fotográfico. “Es ese”, dijo ante la policía que le mostró la foto del sospechoso. Se trata de “El Melli”, que tiene un hermano gemelo. Son idénticos y comparten el mismo ADN.
Los gemelos fueron idenfiticados como Leonel y Leandro y la Justicia busca determinar quién es el autor de los delitos. El caso está caratulado como “robo en concurso real con abuso sexual con acceso carnal en grado de tentativa”.
