Video: el huracán Fiona impactó en Canadá y arrasó con todo a su paso
Los residentes locales relatan que, “es una destrucción total y absoluta”, se pueden ver casas y escombros flotando por todas partes. Provocó destrucciones masivas, cortes de electricidad y arrastró casas y edificios.
En las redes sociales se difundieron imágenes de las devastadoras consecuencias que dejó este sábado el huracán Fiona tras tocar tierra en el este de Canadá y la isla de Terranova, convirtiéndose en un gran y potente ciclón post-tropical con fuertes vientos y grandes olas.

La Policía local informó que había recibido informes de dos personas que fueron arrastradas al océano cuando sus viviendas se derrumbaron.
Se informa que una mujer fue rescatada por otros residentes y se cree que se encuentra en buen estado tras recibir atención médica. Sin embargo, otra persona ha sido dada por desaparecida, ya que es demasiado peligroso realizar una búsqueda en la zona.
Mientras tanto, el primer ministro del país, Justin Trudeau, declaró que el Gobierno desplegaría las Fuerzas Armadas a petición de la provincia de Nueva Escocia y que haría lo mismo con otras provincias que necesiten ayuda.
