VUELVE LA CARPA NEGRA DE LA DIGNIDAD FRENTE A CASA DE GOBIERNO
Los damnificados por la inundación volvieron a instalar ayer la Carpa Negra de la Dignidad y la Memoria en la Plaza de Mayo, frente a la Casa Gris, para conmemorar los diez meses “del desastre social y político que se desencadenó el 29 de abril, día que inundaron y abandonaron a su suerte a un tercio de la ciudad de Santa Fe”, según un comunicado emitido por los diferentes grupos de inundados de la capital provincial. A las 18 habrá un acto, y una hora y media después se realizará la marcha de las antorchas alrededor de la plaza, justo a la misma hora en que el arzobispo José María Arancedo celebrará una misa en la catedral metropolitana.
El sentido de los actos que se realizarán hoy es reiterar el pedido de investigación sobre las causas de las inundaciones que se produjeron hace diez meses y que dejaron 23 muertos y más de 100 mil damnificados.
Los integrantes de la Carpa Negra de la Memoria y la Dignidad convocaron a un acto a las 18 en la plaza de Mayo, frente a la Casa de Gobierno, con el propósito de continuar con “el reclamo pacífico de Justicia para las familias afectadas”. “Exigimos investigación y castigo a los responsables de esta inundación evitable. Es un día de duelo, de memoria y de deuda”, señalaron los integrantes de esa carpa en un comunicado.
Por su parte, la agrupación “Antorcha” realizará una marcha a las 20 en la misma plaza y a la misma hora, en que el arzobispo de Santa Fe, monseñor José María Arancedo, celebrará una misa en la Catedral Metropolitana.
Las manifestaciones de los inundados tendrán lugar un mes después de los violentos hechos ocurridos durante los actos recordatorios de las inundaciones, que produjeron serios destrozos en la Casa Gris, con policías heridos y numerosas personas detenidas.
A casi un año de la crecida del río Salado que sepultó el cordón oeste de Santa Fe, los vecinos de esa zona de la ciudad reclamarán al gobierno un resarcimiento acorde con las pérdidas sufridas e insistirán en su pedido de Justicia, por las supuestas responsabilidades políticas en torno a lo sucedido.
Un informe técnico encargado por el gobierno de la provincia y conocido esta semana, reveló que si se hubiese construido el tercer tramo de la defensa sobre el Salado se hubiese evitado el ingreso de agua a la capital provincial.
El trabajo técnico encargado durante la gestión de Carlos Reutemann a una consultora porteña, considera que las inundaciones de abril pasado fueron “un desastre natural” y las menciona como “un clásico ejemplo de tormenta súbita”. Indicó que el Estado no poseía información para prever lo ocurrido, lo que podría interpretarse como favorable a los funcionarios en la causa judicial que investiga un presunto “estrago culposo”.
El gobierno provincial, por su parte, dispuso un fuerte operativo de seguridad en el frente y los alrededores de la Casa de Gobierno.Alejandro Rossi, subsecretario de Seguridad, dijo que estas agrupaciones siempre han manifestado pac{ificamente”. De todos modos se reforzó la custodia ayer a la tarde y hoy se sumarán muchos más efectivos policiales.
El viernes, la protesta de un grupo de inundados se trasladó a Rosario donde vecinos de Santa Rosa de Lima y dirigente del Movimiento Teresa Vive obligaron a suspender un acto oficial del gobernador.
Consultado por el diario EL Litoral, el gobernador dijo ayer: “Por supuesto que no me gustan los escraches. No creo que hombres honorables como Juan Carlos Mercier o Alberto Hammerly se merezcan eso; desde ese punto de vista lo condeno, pero mientras no se atente contra las propiedades o el físico de las personas, forman parte de las reglas de la democracia”, dijo en referencia a las manifestaciones que recibieron estos dos dirigentes reutemistas en sus domicilios y el propio Carlos Reutemann en el Congreso de la Nación.
