Todo queda en familia: el nieto entró a robar a una finca y la abuela le hizo de "campana"
Tras una investigación, se obtuvo una orden judicial de allanamiento en los domicilios de los implicados, donde se recuperaron los objetos sustraídos y se detuvo a los ladrones.
En una audiencia llevada a cabo en el Sistema Acusatorio, una abuela de 68 años y su nieto de 22, identificados como Susana Norma Belbey y Franco Daniel Miranda, respectivamente, fueron declarados culpables del delito de "robo simple". El hecho ocurrió el pasado 20 de abril en una finca ubicada en Calingasta.
Durante la investigación realizada por la UFI Delitos contra la Propiedad, se determinó que Miranda ingresó a la casa de la finca y sustrajo herramientas, indumentaria y parlantes, mientras su abuela lo esperaba en un automóvil cerca de la vivienda. Posteriormente, ambos huyeron del lugar con los objetos robados.
El caso fue descubierto por un vecino, quien alertó a la policía local. Tras una intensa investigación, se obtuvo una orden judicial de allanamiento en los domicilios de los implicados, donde se recuperaron los objetos sustraídos y se detuvo a Miranda y Belbey, imputándoles el delito de robo simple.

En la audiencia de este miércoles, al no contar con antecedentes penales, se acordó suspender el juicio a prueba por un año, imponiendo reglas a los imputados.
Franco Miranda deberá realizar tareas comunitarias no remuneradas durante tres meses en la Municipalidad de Calingasta, mientras que su abuela deberá entregar cinco cajas de leche en polvo a la Escuela Hogar Albergue del departamento. De esta manera, ambos evitaron la prisión por este delito.
