Rusia: un hombre asesinó a tiros a 13 personas en una escuela
Un hombre armado abrió fuego dentro de una escuela en Rusia, matando al menos a 13 personas e hiriendo a otras 21, reportaron las autoridades rusas.
Entre las víctimas del incidente, ocurrido en la mañana de este lunes en la ciudad de Izhevsk, en la región central de Udmurtia, hay siete niños del colegio, en el que estudian unos 1.000 alumnos.
Dos profesores y dos vigilantes del centro también figuran entre los fallecidos, de acuerdo con las primeras informaciones, las cuales dan cuenta que el autor del atentado se había suicidado.
El presidente ruso, Vladimir Putin, calificó de “acto terrorista inhumano” lo sucedido.
Mientras que el gobernador de la región, Alexander Brechalov, habló del ataque como una “tragedia” y apuntó que entre los muertos hay un guardia de seguridad. En paralelo, remarcó que el centro fue evacuado a raíz del tiroteo y agregó que las autoridades trabajan en la zona.
Entre los datos recabados hasta el momento, según la agencia AP, el atacante vestía una camiseta negra “con símbolos nazis” y un pasamontañas aunque todavía no han trascendido más detalles de su identidad.
A su vez, en las últimas horas, se podía ver a trabajadores médicos y de rescate auxiliando y trabajando en el lugar de los hechos. Incluso algunos corriendo dentro del colegio con camillas.
La ciudad de la masacre cuenta con 630 mil habitantes. Izhevsk es la capital regional de la República de Udmurtia de Rusia, y está ubicada a unos mil kilómetros al este de Moscú.
